It was late at night, and the moon shone softly through Lala’s bedroom window. She had just snuggled under her blanket, ready to drift into dreamland. But just as her eyes began to close—boom, boom, boom! Loud music from the neighbor’s house echoed through the walls.

Mom peeked into the room, noticing Lala’s restless tossing. “Sweetheart, what’s wrong? Aren’t you sleepy?”
“Yes, Mom,” Lala pouted, “but the neighbors are too loud! I can’t sleep at all.”
Mom sat on the bed, stroking her hair gently. “I know it’s hard, Lala. Sometimes, noises happen that we can’t control. But we can find ways to relax.”
