Lala is happy when Mom gives her baby ducks to be her friends!

One sunny morning, Lala was playing in the garden when Mom came outside carrying a small basket covered with a soft cloth. Lala’s ears perked up immediately. “What’s in there, Mom?” she asked, bouncing on her little paws.

Mom smiled and lifted the cloth. Inside were tiny, fluffy baby ducks, their downy feathers golden and soft. “Surprise, Lala! These little ones are for you to be friends with,” Mom said gently.

Lala’s eyes widened in excitement. “Really? They’re mine?” she squealed, hopping up and down. She carefully lifted one little duckling, holding it close to her chest. The tiny bird chirped softly, and Lala giggled. “Hello, little friend! I promise to take good care of you,” she whispered.

Mom helped Lala set up a small, cozy area in the garden with soft blankets and shallow water for the ducks. Lala watched as they waddled around, exploring their new home. She laughed at the way they tripped over each other and followed her little feet.

“I’ll name you Sunny, and you can be Fluffy!” Lala said, pointing at two of the ducklings. She spent the whole morning feeding them tiny pieces of bread and giggling as they nibbled from her hands.

Dad peeked in from the porch, smiling. “Looks like you’ve made new friends, Lala.”

“Yes!” Lala cheered, hugging the baby ducks close. “I’m so happy! Now I’ll never be lonely in the garden!”

That day, Lala learned that friendship could come in the tiniest, fluffiest forms. With her new baby ducks by her side, her heart was full of joy, laughter, and love.
