After a long morning supervising Dad and Mom as they built the chicken coop, Lala was tired, dusty, and covered in little bits of straw and sawdust. Her paws and fur felt itchy, and she yawned as she plopped onto the porch.
Dad noticed immediately. “Looks like our little supervisor needs some special care,” he said with a grin.
Mom nodded. “Absolutely! Let’s clean you up.”
They led Lala to the bathroom, where warm water was ready, along with soft soap and fluffy towels. Lala stepped in carefully, feeling the warm water surround her tiny paws. Dad gently washed her back and shoulders, while Mom lathered her fur with soft, fragrant soap. The scent of lavender filled the air, calming her tired little body.
Lala giggled as the water splashed softly around her. “That tickles!” she exclaimed, swishing her tail. Mom rinsed her carefully while Dad gently brushed her fur. Every strand became soft and smooth, and Lala began to feel completely relaxed.
Once she was clean, Mom wrapped her in a big, warm towel, and Dad held her close as they dried her off. Then, Mom brushed her fur with care, making sure every spot was neat. Lala purred happily, feeling pampered and loved.
Finally, they tucked her into a cozy blanket in her little bed. “Good job today, Lala,” Dad said proudly. “You were the best supervisor ever!”
Lala’s eyes drooped as she snuggled into the soft blanket. “Thank you, Mom and Dad,” she murmured. Feeling clean, cared for, and full of love, she drifted off into a peaceful sleep, dreaming of the chickens exploring their new coop and the fun she had supervising the project.
