Lala is surprised to discover Dad’s childhood memorabilia!

One quiet afternoon, Lala was playing in the attic, searching through old boxes while Mom dusted the shelves. She expected to find books or toys, but instead, her hand brushed against a small wooden chest tucked away in the corner. Curious, she pulled it out and opened the lid.

Inside were treasures she had never seen before—an old toy car with chipped paint, a faded baseball glove, a stack of photographs, and even a notebook filled with doodles. Lala gasped. “Wow! What is all this?”

Mom peeked over and smiled warmly. “Those are your Dad’s childhood things. He kept them safe all these years.”

Lala’s eyes sparkled as she picked up the toy car. “Dad used to play with this?” she asked in amazement. She carefully flipped through the photographs, giggling at Dad’s messy hair and cheeky grin as a little boy.

Just then, Dad came upstairs to see what the commotion was about. His eyes widened when he saw Lala holding his old baseball glove. “Oh, you found my secret chest!” he said with a laugh.

Lala bounced with excitement. “Dad, I didn’t know you liked cars and baseball when you were little! You look so funny in these pictures!”

Dad chuckled, sitting beside her. “Yes, I loved those things. This toy car went everywhere with me, and that glove saw many games.” He gently held the items, nostalgia in his eyes.

Lala hugged him tightly. “I love learning about your childhood, Dad. It’s like meeting the little boy you used to be.”

Dad smiled, touched by her words. “And now, I get to share those memories with you, my little one.”

Together, they packed the memorabilia back carefully—treasures from the past that had now created a new, special memory for Lala too.
