Dad and Monkey Kaka share a deep bond, built on love, care, and countless heartwarming moments together. From the very beginning, Dad has been the one to hold Kaka close, feed her favorite fruits, and comfort her when she needed it. But as Kaka grows more independent, there are times when Dad can no longer hold and feed her like he used to—and it makes him feel a little sad.
Kaka, once a tiny baby who clung to Dad’s arms, is now full of energy and curiosity. She loves to run, climb, and explore everything around her. Though she still adores Dad, she doesn’t always sit still for long cuddles or wait patiently to be fed. Sometimes, when Dad reaches out to hold her, she playfully jumps away, preferring to roam freely. When he tries to hand-feed her, she often grabs the food herself, eager to be in control.
Dad understands that Kaka is growing up, but he can’t help but miss the days when she would snuggle in his arms, looking up at him with those big, trusting eyes as he gently fed her piece by piece. Those moments made him feel needed, like he was her protector and provider. Now, he watches her eat on her own, happy yet nostalgic for the past.
Still, love never fades—it only changes. Even if Kaka doesn’t need to be held all the time, she still loves Dad deeply. She shows it in other ways—by sitting close to him when she’s tired, playfully tugging at his sleeve, or chirping happily when she sees him. Dad smiles, knowing that no matter how much she grows, the bond they share will always remain.
Though he may not hold and feed Kaka as often, he takes comfort in knowing she is strong, healthy, and happy. And deep down, he knows that whenever she needs love and comfort, she will always find her way back to his arms.
So sad Kaka needs to go back with her human family. I’m glad to see the family and Dad visiting, but it is so sad. It’s not fair 😢 where is Mit?
