Mischievous Lala gets into trouble for breaking the lotus vase while playing!

It was a peaceful afternoon, and the house was filled with soft sunlight. Thuy was in the kitchen preparing a snack, and Lala had been told to play quietly in the living room. But mischievous little Lala had too much energy to sit still.

She tiptoed over to the table where a beautiful lotus vase sat. The vase was tall, delicate, and filled with fresh pink lotus flowers that Thuy had picked from the garden earlier that morning. Its gentle scent filled the room. But to Lala, it was more than just decoration — it looked magical.

“Just one little touch,” she whispered with a grin, reaching up with her small hands.

She gently tapped the flower, then giggled. But as she played and danced around, she accidentally bumped into the table — crash!
The vase toppled over and shattered into pieces on the floor. Water spilled everywhere, and the lotus flowers scattered.

Lala’s eyes widened in shock. She froze, her heart racing. “Oh no,” she gasped, realizing what she had done.

Thuy came rushing in, alarmed by the noise. She stopped in her tracks when she saw the broken vase and Lala standing in the middle of the mess, looking guilty and scared.

“Lala…” Thuy said softly, trying to stay calm.

“I-I didn’t mean to…” Lala stuttered, eyes filling with tears. “I was just playing…”

Thuy sighed and knelt down beside her. “I know, sweetie. But that vase was very special. We must be careful around delicate things.”

Lala nodded, wiping her tears. “I’m sorry, Thuy. I’ll help clean it up.”

Thuy smiled a little and hugged her. “That’s a good girl. Mistakes happen — what matters is that we learn from them.”

Together, they picked up the pieces and cleaned the floor. From that day on, Lala remembered to be more careful — and always think before playing near breakable treasures.
