Lala craved melon so CEO Kien made her a delicious yogurt dish!

The afternoon sun was warm, and the house was calm—except for Lala, who had been pacing near the fridge, sniffing and glancing up at CEO Kien with hopeful eyes.

He looked down from his laptop. “What is it, Lala?”

She let out a tiny whine and wagged her tail, then walked to the kitchen and sat—perfectly still—right in front of the refrigerator.

Kien chuckled. “Again with the fridge patrol, huh?”

He opened the door and there it was: sweet, juicy melon slices in a container, freshly cut from the morning market. Lala’s eyes sparkled.

“Oh… you want this?” Kien teased.

She stood up quickly, tail wagging in full swing.

With a smile, he pulled out the melon and a cup of plain yogurt. “Alright, just wait. Let’s make it special.”

Kien carefully cut the melon into tiny cubes and stirred them into a bowl of cool, creamy yogurt. Then he added a sprinkle of crushed oats and a drizzle of honey—just a little, safe and sweet. He even added a mint leaf on top, just for fun.

Lala sat watching every move, her paws tapping lightly with anticipation.

“Okay, princess,” he said, placing the bowl on her little table. “Melon yogurt à la Kien.”

She dove in delicately at first, then with full excitement, licking up every bite of the refreshing treat. Her ears flopped with joy, her tail wagged nonstop. It was everything she’d hoped for—and more.

Kien watched her with fondness, sipping his own iced coffee. “You really do have good taste,” he murmured.

In that quiet kitchen, surrounded by simple joy, a bowl of yogurt and melon became something more: a reminder that love often shows up in the smallest, sweetest ways.
