Lala mischievously got into an accident and hurt her leg while playing!

It was a lively afternoon filled with giggles and energy, and little Lala was in one of her most playful moods. As soon as she finished lunch, she dashed out into the yard to play, her tiny feet racing across the grass. Thuy called out, “Be careful, Lala! Don’t run too fast!” But as always, Lala was too excited to listen.

She climbed on a low bench pretending it was a castle wall, imagining she was a brave explorer. She jumped down once, then again, but on the third try—uh oh! Her foot slipped on the edge, and she tumbled forward onto the ground with a small thud.

Thuy heard her cry and rushed over in panic. “Lala! Are you okay?” Lala was holding her leg and whimpering softly. It wasn’t a big injury, but her little leg was scraped and sore. Tears rolled down her cheeks—not just from pain, but also from the shock.

Gently, Thuy scooped her up and carried her inside. She carefully cleaned the scrape with warm water, applied some ointment, and wrapped it with a soft bandage. “You were very brave,” Thuy whispered, kissing her forehead. Lala sniffled and nodded, holding Thuy’s hand tightly.

To cheer her up, Thuy brought out her favorite fruit and a soft blanket. Lala laid on the couch with a small smile, slowly munching on banana slices. She even got to watch her favorite cartoon!

Later, Lu came to visit and gave her a flower he picked from the garden. “You’ll feel better soon,” he said sweetly. Lala smiled brighter, touched by his kindness.

Though her leg still hurt a little, Lala learned an important lesson that day—fun is great, but safety always comes first. And no matter what happens, she knew she had a loving family to care for her through every little bump and bruise.
